What if something in my shipment doesn’t fit?

We understand that sometimes pieces just don’t fit (or just aren’t flattering). To ensure that you get the most use out of your membership, we give you 24 hours from when your order is delivered to swap out any of your pieces for something different. We charge a flat rate of $12.95 for a fit replacement (to cover the cost of shipping). If you live near a store, you can stop by within your 24-hour window to replace items at no cost.

If you complete a fit replacement, please note that the replacement item(s) will be due back with on your original return date with the other pieces you have at home.
